On Feb 13th at 2:12am i email my info (drivers license, credit card info and utility bill) as requested by "KIM"

On Feb 16th I got denied my withdraw and spoke to "BILLY" and he told me: Please note that our accounting team is currently delay. It usually takes 24-48 hours but since we have a lot of documents to process, please allow another 24 hours for your documents to be verified. I apologized for the delay.

On Feb 19th my withdraw got denied again. it has been 5 days and im still not verified!!!! im only trying to withdraw $500.00 what is going on???

my moneybrookers withdraw got declined? the guy "JAY" told me that its only for different countries??? really why even put that option out for US? then i told him why was i signed up for overnight express he told me i did it but i never did! i would have went to wire transfer so i can get my money faster. then Jay told me that the minimum is $800 for transfers! but on the withdraw page it says $500!!!! really???? now i have to wait 5-7 MORE days to get approved then who know how much longer to get it threw wire transfer. I've been trying from the 2/13 to get this money why is it taking so long!!!! all the reviews about this casino is that they pay out fast and have great customer service. i will say that some reps are very nice and the rest just don't care!!! please help me out
