Cool Cat Casino - Getting run around on payment

Hello, I have played at coolcat, club player and prism casino and have winnings from all of them. All won in the same week in February and all have been approved for payment. One was approved on Mar 4th the other on the 11th and the last one coolcat which was the first one I won at was approved on the 15th. 2 weeks ago I received an email saying we haven't seen you in awhile and I said well I'm not playing at your casinos till I see if I get my money first. Them I was contacted by Josh and he said that I was priority and that he personally would be in charge of getting my payment and that it was going to be expedited and he gave me a phone number and his extension and that he would keep me updated by email. Since then I haven't heard a word from him and it's disappointing cause I didn't want to have let it come to this cause I didn't mind playing at their casinos. Since then I have left numerous emails with them saying that someone will get back to you in 1 business day and nothing. I called and have talked to them last week and told me that the payment should go out by the end of week and nothing as I talked to someone yesterday and they said the same as before that we will have these expedited. I believe they just tell you what you want to hear and it's kind of sad to be like that. I could see if there was a problem with 1 of my accounts but all 3 is just ridiculous. My winnings are $2800 coolcat, 700 prism casino and 500 from club player

Hi nipper6687,

I've been looking through everything and I can see that two payments have already gone off (the payment for Prism and the payment for Club Player). I'm waiting for the tracking to come in on those payments and I would expect to see those details later today or tomorrow. I would also expect you will receive delivery of these payments before week's end.

As to the Cool Cat withdrawal, this is being split into two payments (we are only charging you fees for one). Both payments are being sent off this week, so I anticipate the tracking will come to me early next week, with the payments arriving to you, mid-week.

Well I'm hoping to see it soon. It's hard to understand why yous take so long to pay people. You would think that your casinos would pay costomers on a timely fashion so they would want to keep playing there.

Again, I apologize for the delays you've encountered, however, I do have good news for you on this. ;-)

Your payments were sent off and earlier today, I received the tracking on them. From the tracking, I can see that both payments will be delivered to you tomorrow morning (Friday)--there will be two separate envelopes.
