NetBet Casino - £600 pending withdrawal for days

I registered with net bet at the beginning of the week, decided to withdrawal £600 and was asked to verify my account via telephone and send documents in, i have sent in documents two days ago, not got any reply, they said they would call me 3 days ago and i have had to go on chat every night to say i have not received a call from them, they assured me yesterday i would receive a call today and still not receive one, went to go on live chat this evening and it is saying operators are not avaliable, i also tried to call them and been on hold for an hour with no answer can you help

I have checked your case and seen that we finally reached you by phone on the 15th, and your withdrawal has then been processed on the 16th.

Since then, all the other withdrawal requests you have registered have all been paid in due time.
