Euro Play Casino - £500 withdrawl taking far too long

First time at EuroPlay Casino.
Made a £50 deposit, got £200 bonus
Wagered through the playout successfully and withdrew the mamimum amount allowed in accordance with the T's &C's of 10 x deposit so£500.
I have received zero correspondence from the casino despite asking live support to keep me looped.
I have sent them ID and have been assured by live support that verification etc is fine there is no problem with at all with the account and my it has been forwarded to finance who cannot be spoken to, no supervisors or managers to talk to. However it still hasnt been released and was withdrew on the 17th May 2014 and still shows status "waiting".
I was told it would only be "waiting" for between 2 and 7 days but this deadlines now long gone

Pretty sure I shouldn't be posting the casino username oh here. Weren't all those details submitted at the point of creation however certain details (such as usernames) were in a section that stated it would not be subject to public scrutiny? Not that I would mind as such, I would happily do it but im unsure if by doing so I wouldn't be breaching site rules or casino rules.
First timer on here, i could use a little guidance.

Yeah in my bank today. I was worried because it was taking so long but now I would consider using casino again. They have now proved themselves to me
