Player's initial claim was referring to a delayed payment which we believe has been already successfully resolved and player confirmed that in his post from April 12th at 12:02pm. Player then made another claim referring a sports betting bonus which AskGamblers Complaints Team is about to reject as we do currently handle only casino related disputes.

The complaint is now officially closed.
