Malibu Club Casino - Requested £180 withdrawal, 2 weeks later still not received

I won around £250 with a new player bonus at which I was only allowed to withdraw £150 as seen on the terms and conditions. I then emailed them and they said in order to withdraw I need to deposit £30 to verify my bank account and send verification documents at which I did and withdraw the whole £180. Every time I try and contact the assistants via live chat as soon as I mention withdrawal they stop talking and won't reply to me, this has happened around 5 times now. The beginning of the conversation their very polite.. When asked what is going on with my withdrawals creates instant silence.

Withdrew on the 13th and still pending 15 days later..

Just spoke to a really nice advisor called Joe! Who is going to help me! He's going to find out why there's been such a long delay in my withdrawal and promised to get back to me, so fingers crossed!
