Riviera Play Casino - £150 Withdrawal still not processed

Its been roughly a month since I requested a withdrawal of £150 and I have still not received funds or been able to make any contact with the casino.

If 'Caroline' does manage to join a live chat session, she goes all shy when I identify myself.

I have been successful in receiving funds from this casino previously (although it was hard work) so on requesting my second withdrawal of £150 I decided to close my account as the withdrawal process was too slow.

I've read that this site has a minimum withdrawal of £250 so I have contacted them and asked that if this is the case then can they please reopen my account and at least let me try my luck......but still no response.

feel like that my £150 may have been stolen :(
