Futuriti Casino - non payout of winnings

upon playing the casino and enjoying the many games on offer and making a few deposits i finally won some money..

upon trying to withdraw these funds......

1- my first withdrawl was cancelled by the casino.. no reason given at all,

i called up and they claimed they had phone issues - theire live chat wasnt working either.

so i wait and wait and end loosining some more money before cashing out.

again on cashing out futriti have thrown up excuse after excuse..

they asked me for my documents for my small win.... but they accept my deposits hassle free no questions asked !!!!!!

i provide all the documents - they deny they recieved them.. i send them again.. 3 days later they want the documents again claiming the file size is too small.. the file size was huge.. full screen images.. sadly the casino is choosing to open the file in a small file size and keep on denying me my money..

ive rung up 9 times... its "that dpeartment is dealing with it, but they clsoed now etc

its excuse after excuse

i then recieve an email telling my accounts are blocked.. they closed it down i cannot log in or anything..

according to futuriti i had two accounts.. one ive never used to gain or deposit money into.

i dont even claim the bonuses in my account and simply deposit my own funds and take my chance..

what really offends me is the service.. the rude attitude..the attiude of we are not paying you your money

its been almost a week now and im still no nearer to withdrawing my funds..

infact now they blocked and closed my account im stuffed..

due to the offshore location theire is no way or getting my money..

i am gutted totally gutted. i had planned to treat my kids to a west end show in london as a xmas treat..

sadly as they wont pay me i wont be able to afford it as it is several hunsred pounds.

what also disgusts me is how the casino accept your deposits as they card processing hasd to legally check the card is your upon depositing.. this has never casued me an issue as im a genuine customer ..

im truly gutted..

i can only stress to EVERYONE DO NOT PLAY THIS CASINO AS YOU WILL NOT GET PAID OUT.. ALSO THE RUSSAIN CALL CENTRE IS A BIG CONCERN.. AS RUSSIA/ UKRAINE IS WELL KNOWN FOR SCAMS FOR CASINOS AND HIGHLY UNTRUST WORTHY.

according to futuriti im a fraudster..


yes a fraudster..


ive sent all my documents, passport old and new copy ,3 debit cards back and front and my drivers license..


i then received an email telling my account is blocked - futuriti email me asking me to explain why i have a duplicate account, ididnt know i idid and never used or won any money. i always used my main account deposited probably 10-20 times never having any issues at all..


im bombarded with promo texts in russian whcih is very annoying


i then won 400 euros, upon making a withdrawl futuriti stated coming with all the excuses.


they ask me to explain to appeal so i did this and being very honest as ive nothing to hide or gain..


they refuse to respond now.. but they respond to normal players who have no issues as my friend emailed them and they responded within 2 minutes. very polite and friendly.


on my emails from futriti it says please contact us at any time we are to help etc.. they will not take my phone calls nor will they respond to any emails now..


my verification was 7 days as per dennis's email and then it becomes 2 weeks, nows it 3 weeks and so and so..


i can see clearly they futuriti are doing their best ignore me in the hope i will go away.


i will not go away as i have done nothing wrong..


i have also received emails from other froum users also complaining about futuriti not paying out.


FUTURITI DO EVERYTING IN THEIR POWER TO ACCUSE YOU BEING A FRAUDSTER WHEN YOUR NOT...


its a rogue casino and clearly not genuine..


i will be the first to apolgise if im wrong but clearly with holding my money when i was regular is somewhat very two faced.


i deposited in good faith and they accdept my money very happily but then once then need to pay you out the nightmare begins..


it very sad that a casino has to steal 400 euros .. hardly 400000 euros ...


more fool them as i would have continued playing as idi like their games platform,,


now im a fraudster... im not who i say i am.....how strange as ive been myself for 38 years now as per my identification.. even my bank will tell you this..


i awaiting their next email telling me my bank has confirmed im a fraudster...


this i willl laugh at then submit a court claim against one way ltd in cyprus for slander and libel and my money plus costs..


this casino needs to learn to respect people instead of ripping them off..


they will ignore in the hope you go away..

We were informed by the casino that this issue has been solved and player received his money long time ago. @hsm01, please confirm.
