Winner Casino - Funds gone from account

I recently joined winner casino to have a bash at online blackjack. At first, I really liked the feel for it etc. However, on the 28th of August, I deposited £20 and ran it up to around £45. At this point I had to take a phone call and therefore logged off. When logging back on my balance was at £15.

I've contacted the casino numerous times over the past few days and they claim to be looking into it. However, I feel that this amount of time to investigate is unacceptable and was wondering if anyone else had experienced anything similar?
