Winbig 21 Casino - Fund issue

I started playing with the free play multi stage bouns and completed both stages..deposited and meet requirements..I requested a withdrawal of $397 and sent all my documents on the 23rd of June.
I waited roughly a week before contacting them to check procreation of my withdrawal.
Was told that every thing had been approved and will be in my account in a few day..I waited a few days and still nothing..I have now contacted the nearly every day and if Iam lucky enough to get someone on live chat I get told lie after lie..I have sent numerous email with no reply.yesterday I was that my documents had been approved(was told this weeks ago)and to check back tomorrow(today) and they will tell me exactly when I will get my money..
Contacted them today and they say the finance team is unavailable..go figure..
I'm nearly ready to give up..
Any suggestions?
