Anna Casino - Freespin wins unfairly confiscated

I had freespins on my account and i won some money with them and then they just confiscated the money. Claiming that i wasn't eligble for the spins that they themself had added for me.

Hello there,

Reason for this confiscation is that these Jimi Hendrix spins were only available for selected customers, who received a newsletter and made a deposit on 26th. This is very clearly stated in the newsletter as well. There was a technical error so some players were given these free spins even though they were not eligible for them.

Howcome you paid to some other players Who didn't receive the offer either? I know you paid some, pretty unfair to take my money but not everyones Who were not eligble for the spins.

Hello there,

If someone was paid out who was not eligible then it was a mistake from our end. This has nothing to do with being unfair towards someone, just a matter of not spotting the error early on for example. Player/players who have received their winnings can keep them in this scenario though.

I hope you get more out of them than i did. Their rules are written like most rogue casinos that basically they can take any winnings from anyone anytime without any explanation. All honourable casinos do pay fairly if it mistakenly gives bonus money or freespins to players.
