I deposited for the first time on the 8th October and for this I received 200% bonus and 200 spins which would be credited the next day. The following day I still had no free spins and was told to wait till the 10th to get them. On the 10th October I was told I would get them within 20 minutes, this did not happen but after two more live chat sessions I did receive them , 3 hours after the original 20 minutes. I proceed to play through my spins and win just over 30 pound, i reloaded the game I was playing and the money disappeared and another 200 spins came up. I played them and this time I won 20 pound 10 pound less than the first time again I reload the game and this money vanished also. I contacted live chat to be told that them money vanished as I had not wagered the winnings in time I did inform them I had only received them 20 mins before he then told me he made a mistake and I had till the 15th to do it, but the money has gone from my account! He proceeded to tell me the issue will be raised with support but he cannot give me a day or time when I will hear anything. I find this totally unacceptable that you can win money from free spins and it vanish from your account in seconds from winning it, and for the same thing to happen straight after it does make me wonder what sort of site this is. As yet I have not heard from them not even an email to say they looking into it, hopefully get more joy this way.

I received £22 pound to my account from the second lot of free spins, I was given no explanation as to what happened on the first lot when I won just over £30 so in my opinion something is still very wrong here. I have chosen not to bother to complain to them again about this as it took long enough the first time trying to explain it all. I will be closing my account with them as I do not believe them to be fair and just. No explanation whatsoever has been given!

Please mark this complaint as closed as for little over 10 pound it is not worth the effort. Thank you for publishing and hopefully other people will not have the same issue
