i received €30 free (askthebes - bonus code - no deposit requested ) with playthrough x75.
i play 3 hours and reached 3000€ but when i request a withdrawing, (max withdraw €100) the casino refused pay me my wining. how can resolve this issue, after they, i must make a deposit first and second request a withdraw. is this normal? because i don't see anything like "minimum deposit request",,,

Please note that when you registered on our website you accepted all of our Terms and Conditions, which states that: "An Account Holder is entitled to receive free Bonus Money following the registration process.
