Slotobank Casino - Account closed, withdrawal pending, no further information provided

I have a rather small sum of £413 due from this casino. I requested the withdrawal and they promptly closed the account. Stated I would be contacted via email regarding the issue. The account has been open for months, and I have spent thousands, so I am concerned they are fraudulent as there is not explanation for this. I discussed with one of their advisors online and he incorrectly stated he had no access to financial information, which concerned me more as they do have access to this information. They do not want to pay, and it now appears fraudulent. I would be very careful with this casino. I will ensure my funds are paid, but you may want to avoid in the interim.

They have not responded as yet, no.

They appear to be doing this to a lot of players, so I am sure they, along with me, would welcome a course of action we can take to remedy.

This complaint has been reopened upon submitter's request and we would really like to give it one more chance and help both parties involved to reach to a satisfactory resolution.
