Flamantis Casino - My credit cards have been double charged/Issue with bonus

Issue #1

everymatrix and flamantis charged mw double on 2 of my credit cards.

I made approxiately 4000usd deposits in falamntis casino after few days i was shocked that i was charged double on both my cards on each and every transaction i did.

The details of this story is that they actualy charged me for the chips i bought and then put on hold the exact same amount so basicaly 4000usd that they took and another 4000usd that they put on "hold"

Please please help me to make these thieves return my money that is on hold its somethig illegal its like they stole money from my credit card without my authorization. They should be under serious investigation from visa.
Please help out in this matter.

Note to askgamblers: the screenshots that is in my attached photos below is from the email i sent to flamantis but i do not wish to attach the actual screenshot because it contains my bank information and transactions, i sent them to prove them the they took there actual money yet it shows the limit increased double becaus ethe dublicated the transaction.

Issue #2

After i requested a bonus i got a 20usd bonus i managed to wager 50× which is a ridicolous wagering but i managed to get 350usd wagered and in cash after i wagered and ended up with 350 i was surprised that i onlt have 54usd.
I contacted support and they said maximum cashout is 50 and when i asked and asked to get 350 tbey didnt agree
Finaly i asked for the term that say that maximum cashout is 50usd i was surprised that they had no term like tbat and probably invented it.
Please help me askgamblers to retun my 300usd thatvwas stolen of me without any rules or terms and conditions.
I attached a very clear conversation with teodor the agent that very clearly confessed that there is no terms and condition that states any of what they did or that allows them to confiscate my funds.

0% update ive been talking by email to a person named mario,

Issue1 : i still have arround 540usd that is on hold from falamantis on my debit card that is a doubled or dublicated transactin and flamantis claims they spoke to my bank but the duplicated transaction is not yet released i called my bank and they said we know nothing about anything we were told to put the amount on hold so we had to do it since i put my card details with flamantis. So the bank blamed me for trusting flamantis.

Issue 2: they stole my bonus wagered money amount of 300usd i am still arguing with mario and he provided me with a new lie please see attached both emails and reply. On my previous chats with 2 agents which i have already attached before the conversations they have 100% confirmed that they have "no" any terms on there general terms or promotions what so ever stating that no deposit bonus is maximum cashout 50usd while they have a term stating in spins maximum cashout is 50usd knowing that spins is a diffrent whole thing than then non deposit bonus "cash".

Unfortunately Mario sent me an email lieing to me saying we have a term that says non deposit bonus and spins, he added no the original term which is spins only he added to his statement "non deposit also"
Its very sad to me the way they act and lie for a 300usd that i wagered 50×.
I clearly stated to mario that i will be willing to folow up this bonus forever not because of the cash since i deposited in there site 5850usd but because of the way they lie and steal. Knowing that they duplicated all my transactions which is a very unethical thing to do yet instead of satisfying there customer they steal another 300usd that i wagered.
I realy urge askgamblers to help with my situation and realy consider these stories and decrease there rating because they realy dont deserve over 8 rating because the rating realy made me try there casino and that was a big mistake.

In the attached please becareful reading mario email how he added and "no deposit bonus"
And see how the agent in the chat transcript said its a rule by default when i asked there is no terms stating the default that youre talking about he answered very clearly"no"

After our payment team carefully investigated and contacted your payment vendor, it turned out that the funds are put on hold by your bank. According to their statement, the missing funds should be added back to your bank account. If this didn’t happen already, we kindly suggest that you to contact your local bank branch about it.

For bonuses and winnings – you were credited several free no-deposit bonuses, in the total amount of 180 USD. All eligible winnings from your account, in the total amount of 4500 USD, were already paid to you on 05.08.2016.

Dear askgamblers please be the judge because this kind of replies from flamantis are always the same. They play around with there sentences to sound very fair which they are not.
And they always try to change the original subject.

1) please see attached email from everymatrix themselves saying they took the amount that i deposited and also the second doubled transaction was put on "hold"
Everymatrix and flmanatis did nothinggg about it.
The banking rule is when a merchant put on hold an amount of a creditcard on hold 7 days if the merchant does not claim the money then it get back to me. Thats the case that happened.
As for a debit card if the merchant does not contact the bank the hold amount will be stuck for a whole "month"
And they did not contact the bank and i need the hold to be released and only everymatrix can do that by sending an email to my bank. And my bank said they got nothing from everymatrix.
So upto now my money is on hold because of flamantis and everymatrix of amount 620usd and now they can take it anytime any second and i cant use that amount since its stuck with the casino. So basicaly they messed up my financials.
So please flamantis dont play around and claim lies and speak lies as always.

Regarding the bonuses again all there talking about is lies again there turning around the story.
I deposited 4000usd and from that 4000usd they said it only got 120usd in total bonuses and each bonus was just a 20. Yes thats funny. The funnier is that i wagered and they had a 50usd caps on winning and they stole from me 300usd since i had 350usd ever funnier they dont have terms that says they have the right to take them. All previous emails and chats proves everything and terms proves what im talking about and all i ask is terms and i got a new lie which is also attached a lie terms that is not in there terms.
Anyway saying for the public that i withdrawn 4500usd that has nothing to do with the money you stole from me also id like to say yes i withdrew 4500usd and i deposited over 5500usd and as they said reply says i only got 120usd bonuses from a 5500usd deposits and they put a maximum win 50usd. What casino is this ?

Hi again Shinada,

For the missing deposits - it is written also in the email which you provided from Everymatrix, that "you were never debited twice for your transactions". We highly recommend to follow up with your bank.

For the bonuses - you didn't use any of our official casino bonuses (which are tied up to existing deposit), all the bonuses which you received were added from our side as free extra bonus, after you spent your deposit amount.

Dear flamantis.

Firstly again, do you know what youre talking about? Or youre just rewriting same things?
Falamantis and everymatrix debited one transaction and the second transaction they put it on "hold"
Can you show me where i ever said anything about saying you debited twice ?
Again and again you debited once and the doubled transaction is on "hold"
When a transaction is hold hold that means my money is in the air not with me not with the bank its with you until you realease the hold then it comes back to me. No one can make the hold except everymatrix should i keep repeating myself with the same story.
Unless again unless you dont send an email to my bank telling them to release the hold that you have done then my money will stay in hold for a month and meanwhile this month everymatrix has the write to debit them or steal them in other words. God it?
So i want ky release of my 620usd on my debit card!

Can you please write for me and for the public that the bonus you gave me "free" as you claim that if you have the right to steal it when you feel like it?
Is that fair gaming ? Did you inform me that the "free bonus" i got had a caps of 50usd? Do you have any term saying free cash money bonus has a 50usd caps. If you did not inform me perosnaly or you donr have it on youre terms then thats not fair gaming and that stealing and no one should trust youre casino since stealing is very simple to you claiming that its a free bonus so you can steal it simply?
