o 3/21/16 I requested two separate withdrawls from cool cat casino, one for 475.00 & another for 125.00 for a grand total of 600.00.we are approaching may 21st and I still have not received my money, I have talked to several representatives from cool cat and have had no resolve as of this writing 5/17/16 tell me what do I need to do toget my pay out, it is only fair since we are asked to pay right up with our deposits or else we can't play i think that the casino should be held to the same standards. I can under stand a week or two but two months and counting is unacceptable by any standard sounds i]like they need more help!
