Fenix Casino - Delaying my payments, violating its own terms and conditions

I have withdrew earlier from the casino several thousand euros. Casino rules says that max withdraw per week is 2000€ and 5000€ per month. Last withdrawal was made 11.6. I have 3000€ withdrawal pending and there is no reason why it cannot be paid.
Live support tells me to contact cashier and i have sent numerous email to them, got zero replys.
