Hi All,

In December 2014 i won a fair amount of money. I verified my account and cashed out the money. Now it's already the 5th of march and still i havent received the money. Last week they promised me in an email that i'd be paid latest by the end of the week. I'll copy paste the email which I received:

Dear Johannes Kraaijenhof,

we just wanted to inform you that your payment will be processed by the end of this week.

At the end of last week i still didn't get the money. So after this i asked them again please send me the money. This time i spoke with Katie in the livechat. She promised me again to send me the money Monday. Again i didn't receive it.

At tuesday i contacted them again and then they told me they'd send it wednesday or latest thursday before 12. Well and again i didn't receive it.

Hopefully this is going to help me and they will finally send the money to me. I never had to do so much effort to get my money. Are they out of money?

I just got an update:

I joined the livechat when i'm going to receive the money. They said:

Katie:
checking
you will receive payment between today and tomorrow.

Now another update:

I told the livechat about this topic. Now i suddenly got the money. So i think that you can only get your money from them as soon as you put the issue online. Ofcourse they don't want to have a bad name. Well one thing is for sure they will never see mee again. I advice other people to do the same unless they want to have the same problems.
