Mr Ringo Casino - Confiscated my wins based on unjustified accusations

Soe, I was looking around on askgamblers and found a nice casino, I looked around at the casino and saw that I can get 200% bonus on my first deposit. I opened the account from my mobilephone (witch is 4 days old) and got 40 spins on netent games for free. A couple of days later I decided to make an deposit, I made the deposit on 300SEK and only got 100% bonus on my account, even though I used the right bonuscode: Deposit1 . I asked the support team to correct this with this and they corrected the amount so I got 900SEK to play with. I really enjoyed my casino experience because the connection was great and the casino had a lot of games to choose between. So after an hour or so I had made a few winnings and also reached the wagering requirements I send in my documents and requested a withdrawl on 20000SEK. The days just going on and on, I keep asking them where my withdrawl is and they keep telling me that the finance department will take care of it. After 72Hours I ask them again, and this it what they tell me.

That I have more then one account at their casino. And this can't be right, and I have asked them to provide me with details on this other account just to be clear. And they aren't telling me anything and they also calling me "Sir" when they have been calling me Ma'am everytime in the chat.

And after reading what people have been saying about my hopes that I will receive my money are very low.
But I hope that they will see the right in this and proceed will my withdrawl. I really liked the casino and their games and it was really good. I'm really hope that it will be solved because other then this it's a great casino. And after the winnings I have also made more deposits without bonuses and that money is still on the account, but I am afraid that I'm not gonna get that money back either. This is not what I hoped for..

With this I hope that Mrringo will do the right thing here and accept new customers and make sure that they enjoy their time at the casino.

Otherwise I extremely recomend people to stay away from this casino. But I think that there has to be something wrong because otherwise they are lying. And I have not made more account at their casino.

I've tried to talk to send them emails, calls and etc. But they DON'T reply..

AskGamblers Complaints Team have been provided by valid evidence on behalf management of Mr Ringo Casino Casino where it is clearly displayed that player shared IP's with other players. Player by these actions violated general term # 2.10

2.10 Only one Mr Ringo Account can be opened at a time per person, family, household, IP address and email address. In the event that we suspect that:

A Client is opening multiple accounts (using same or similar names, address, telephone, e-mails, same or similar dynamic IP address, computers or other devices);
A Client is acting as a part of syndicate (using same or similar names, address, telephone, e-mails, same or similar IP address, computers or other devices, acting on same or similar pattern);
Mr Ringo reserves the right to block the relevant Account(s) held by the Client or the Syndicate and report the incident(s) to the relevant Authorities. Following an internal investigation, Mr Ringo has the right to cancel bets, forfeit winnings, and deduct bonuses from all relevant accounts.

Mr Ringo also reserves the right to reallocate all the funds in the different superfluous Mr Ringo Accounts to a single Mr Ringo Account and to delete the remaining superfluous account(s). Any bonus given to the superfluous Mr Ringo Account(s) will not be transferred.

Based on the above, AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as Resolved and it is now officially closed. In a case of a disagreement with our decision we remind the player that further assistance on this matter could be requested from the relevant licensing authority responsible for Mr Ringo Casino.
