I made a deposit in early June .I played with a bonus and fullfilled my part of the bonus by reaching the wagering requirement.I was up on the casino so I decided to cash-out my winnings in the amount of 1500 US dollars.I submitted all docs requested of me and was told that all was approved and I would get my winnings after the allotted time frame for deposits.I was contacted and told about the 10 businness day waiting period and I am fine with that.Following those dates I should have received my winnings on or about the 11th July.Today is the 25 of July and still no payment.I keep getting the excuse that the finance team is having problems and that I will be paid the following week.I think I have been patient enough in this matter.If you can help me resolve this great if not I need to take it further up the line Thanks

Hi senator912,

My apologies for the late reply. Ag are aware of the problem we had with regards to not receiving the notifications on complaints etc. I notice from the note made on your accounts that you finally received your withdrawal in your bank account. To be 100% honest with you, I have no idea why there was such a long delay as withdrawals generally stay in a pending state for no longer than 72 hours, there after if all relevant docs have been received and necessary checks have been completed a wire transfer will be processed and should take an average of 5 to 7 working days and in extreme cases 10 working days.

Unfortunately, my withdrawals guys are not in the office at the moment, so I am unable to get you an answer for the delay, but I will make sure to mail them and ask for a reason for the delay.

Once again, my sincere apologies for the delay!
