On 01-29-16 a withdrawal was approved for $500.00 Payment has not been made I keep trying to contact the withdrawal people on the chat system and I keep being told that they are not in. They advise that they are having delay problems, It feels more like a delay tactic.

First, let me apologize for the delays you’ve experienced. We’ve been suffering through a backlog and we’re doing everything possible to get caught up.

Your payment is indeed in processing and has been expedited. I would expect to see the tracking on this by week’s end (someone will contact you with that information when it comes in). I should add that generally, players receive their payments prior to us receiving tracking information.

I’ll continue to keep my eye on your payment and will update as necessary.
