Betspin Casino - Totally irresponsive, failure to abide by IBAS (adjudication) requirements/terms

As a result of a disagreement between me and Betspin I logged a dispute with IBAS, Betspin's selected arbitration service. By signing up to arbitration, they agree to their terms. Yet, it's now been at least 45 days since my dispute submission and IBAS have informed me they have still not responded to date. These sharks go so far as to pride themselves on their 'integrity' on their website's 'about us' vanity page, promising always to 'do the right thing' - how about enter into arbitration like you stated you would? How about respecting your own terms and conditions? It's disgraceful. DO NOT VISIT BETSPIN. FYI, the reason for dispute is due to misleading AND unfair T&Cs, ultimately leading to voided withdrawal. N.B Betspin terms and conditions ensure they are never obliged to pay out winners, with requirements that bets be neither too big, nor too small. Also their terms are cut off the page, leading to players thinking there full terms have been met before play. Even reading the small print, these sharks will get you. AVOID BETSPIN!
