Eypobet Casino not paying my winnings

Hi,

I am having the same experience as SeatFan.
I am having winnings being slowpayed all the way from late November last year.
I got my account verified within 10 days or so. Since then I had gotten paid 2000 out of 6000 of my win.
They still have 4 batches of 1k to pay me.

Last email I got was on 25. 12., acknowledging that this had already taken unusually long and promising personal attention to the case from one of their staff (not sure if I should post who it was here), which was also verified by one of their managers (again, same for her name, as well).

Since then I haven't been able to contact them on live chat, as there's noone on, and they haven't responded to three more emails asking for an update. Last payment was made on 2nd of Jan.

I still haven't received the rest of the winnings, nor any replies to my emails from Eypobet. :/
I see on your website that they do take care of the customers, so I'm still keeping my hopes up.

This case has been reopened upon casino’s request and we would like to give it one last chance for a successful resolution.
We have been informed by the casino management that your payment was successfully processed. Please confirm.

They indeed did finally open communication.
They asked me to change the payout method and they say they sent the first two batches to my bank account.
I will update as it all develops!

I am happy to say that I've received the 3rd and the 4th installment as well!
This has therefore been more or less successfully resolved in the end.

I am grateful to askgamblers for helping out and following the story.
