Eypobet Casino - Delaying my payment for more than 1 month

Im waiting a payment from eypobet since 10th december. They always promised my money is on the way but i dont believe him. I have all my ID, address, bank account verificate before 10th december. First they always answer me via chat or email but now they always dont answer nothing (more than 20 live chat tried and no answer and more than 5 email without answer) I win 650 EUROS playing sportsbook and refuse to pay me. What can I do?

I dont recomend eypobet at all, bad odds, bad support and probably a big scam.

Eypobet answer me a email yesterday just when i put my complaint here. Good job for Askgamblers because gambling sites respect your site. But... i requested a 650EUR payout and just get 599.63 so... left 50.37EUR to have full payout. I can see other player have same complaint that mine and really dont understand why dont pay full amount but at least I can confirm they pay a big % of my money.

Of course i will continue fighting for my legitimate winnings in that site but im happy to see that Eypobet are working in improving their low quality gambling site.

First of all, please note that even though we all like AskGamblers for different reasons, paying out your withdrawal had nothing to do with your complaint. It's simply not possible for money to move from one place to another that fast - the payment was simply done prior to your complaint being filed just like we said.

Be that as it may however, as we have always stated - we always pay legitimate wins to our players, with no exceptions.

I can confirm that your win was €650 and I'm honestly not sure why only the amount of €600 was sent, but we will send the rest right away. Furthermore, I would like to point out that it simply wouldn't make any sense for us not to pay €50 considering it will now cost us almost the same to send the remaining amount so I can assure you this was certainly unintentional but human error occur from time to time when manual processes are involved as it is with bank transfers in our case.

Either way, we are happy that your have received the €600 and we will send the remaining amount today.

Its true that the payment was made before my complaint but you also have to admit that I have lots of troubles and human error with yours. The thing really make me angry is when i try and try to contact with you and no answer.

I can confirm that i received 600EUR because the 0.37 were stolen from my bank so AskGamblers can close my complaint sucesfully because I trust in you to pay me the remaining 50 EUR.

Thanks and sorry for my words in sometimes but i think i always be respectful with Eypobet and the support team (Gabby, Nico and Stephan)
