ExclusiveBet Casino - Won't accept my ID

I recently won at this casino and I am trying to withdraw my winnings but they won't accept my ID. I have a CitizenCard which I had to pay £38 to the UK government in order to receive it. It is official ID that is only issued by the government but they are refusing to accept it. They are demanding a passport or drivers licence but I have never held a passport and I don't drive soi don't have either of these.

I have just had an email from them regarding this complaint, and they have agreed to accept my ID in this instance and say they are processing my withdrawal, ill let you know if i have it
