Vegas Strip Casino - Exceptionally Slow Payments unfairly broken into small increments

I joined Vegas Strip on August 18. I admit I made out pretty well in terms of winnings (although probably could have won more if the gambler in me stopped gambling!) I also was quite pleased when my first withdrawal was approved pretty quickly. As I had been informed, payments would be approved every 5 to 7 business days, and another 10 days for processing + delivery time. After the first withdrawal, that's when things got a little strange. My 2nd approval came within a week after the first approval, but this time, they took my 2nd withdrawal and approved only one-third of it ($517), and put the remaining balance into subsequent payments to be paid in the future. Since I had additional larger payments coming, I decided to play those small payments out in the hopes of winning big (but never did). I decided to keep the rest of my withdrawals since I was not in the mood to lose anymore of what I had won. Here's where my huge frustration comes in. I had a withdrawal in the amount of $2,500 sitting in my account since 8/29 and another for $2,000 since 9/10. On 10/2, I get an email stating my withdrawal was approved and come to find out only $582 was approved! And they took the balance and split that into three additional payments of $582 on 10/2. I can't imagine why someone would do that except was told it was due to some processor limitation in terms of what can be paid. I'm sorry, but I haven't had any approvals in the last month so to limit me to $582 on a withdrawal is simply not fair. I'm sure I've been waiting longer than others to get paid here but this process is simply taking much longer than as stated on the website. At this rate, 4 times as long to get an approval and only to get approved 25% of the amount translates to me getting paid my full withdrawal of $2,500 in 4 months!! No way, not fair. And then I have another $2,000 behind it from 9/10. I can't imagine that (after deducting bonuses) it would be that difficult to get paid roughly $4,000. And to think that they would assess an additional $25 or higher fee on each payment is horrible. I expect more from this casino which is part of a larger company I have found to be highly reputable and good when it comes to making payments. While payments can sometimes be slow, this casino takes the cake. I would hope to get an amicable solution to at least paying me the previous $2,500 withdrawal that was unnecessarily split up (or the next $2,000 withdrawal) in full within the next week. I think I've been waiting a long time now.

Hi PlayTheSlots,

I'm looking into why these payments were broken down as they've been, however, in the meantime, I'm happy to tell you that a payment in the amount of $1743 has been approved (I believe Sophie Evans, our Escalation Manager has already contacted you regarding this).

Your final payment will be approved next week.

All the best,

Tawni
