Eurofortune Casino (Rival) avoiding payment after 3 weeks

Very similar story to this one earlier this year:

Got my balance up to just over £100 - no bonuses claimed - and £100 is their minimum withdrawal amount. Initially I got the same "withdrawals can take up to 18 days" rubbish but now we're well past that.
Every day I go on chat support and every day it's the same "we'll need to ask finance about that, I'll send them a message now and someone will contact you asap". Nobody has ever contacted me.

Any advice/anecdotes would be appreciated.

what a surprise - after raising this complaint they suddenly paid me today.
I see that they deducted a £25 withdrawal fee so I only received £75 - oh well, I guess I'm glad to be out - absolutely horrible casino though, would not recommend them.
