Eurofortune Casino - Not paying my withdrawal

More than 4 weeks ago, I deposited 25$ at EuroFortune and won 200$. The many mails sent have no response, and online chat staff could not help me and they said that they cant do anything, only the account manager, this person never response. It has been more than a month since I sent all the necessary documents for withdrawal, and still nothing.
