Euro Play Casino - Withdrawal Problems

I attempted a withdrawal on Feb 14 and received a confirmation email advising payment would be processed after 4 business days. Status went from pending to waiting within that time period.

Since then I have had various emails and online chat advice that there have been technical problems and the finance manager was overseas. All apologised and advised payment would be "very soon". I am still waiting for 400 euros.

Don't know how to attach a screenshot, but will send an email with attachments for documentary evidence.

Received "paid" advice. Hopefully money will arrive shortly. Thank you for your assistance. Needless to say I will never play at this casino again. How do they expect to retain clients?

Surprise, surprise - I finally received my funds from Euro Play!! Only 2 weeks late.
