i made a withdrawal of £250 on the 5th July 3013, i waited a few days to see that my withdrawal was still in process and when i went on live chat they then told me to send ID verification. Why they didn't mention this when i made the withdrawal?? after a few days my withdrawal went into waiting and when i asked how long it would take i was told soon (like that's any help). Another week had passed and its still in waiting and i was told it would be very soon. my withdrawal is still in waiting and i have rang there support and sent about 5 emails regarding my withdrawal but have not had 1 reply. Some customer service they offer! i rang on the 30th July and was told i would have the money in 24-48 hours. its now the 4th of August and my withdrawal is still in waiting?? its been 30 days so far and i have never had to wait this long for winning from any other casino. Can you help?
