Euro Play casino, withdrawal delays/problem

I sent my documents a month ago, after winning money on slots and meeting the playtrough requirements. Since then it has been quite a hassle. I have been promised the money several times, but seems like no one is sending it ;(

Every week they tell me to wait another week more, to get paid.

1. First i was told that there is a max withdraw of 1000€, (i won 1500€), but there was no such term in the casino about a max withdraw. Anyhow i reduced the withdraw to 1000€ because it was requested and saying to the casino that i couldnt find such term. Naturally id like to get paid in full of 1500€, but i thought 1000€ first and then ill play/figure out what to do with the remaining 500€.

2. Then i was told that they cannot do it by neteller , and was said to send some details for a western union. I sent these details, and next im told that western union is not possible, and i will recieve the money by neteller. However a week later (again), and the money remains pending .

I just hope to be paid. And in full if possible. I have met the terms of the bonus, and enjoyed the casino software. And would like to play again, as soon as this is sorted. I send my id and utilitybill the day i withdrew so they have my documents. Im hopeful this matter will be solved.

Recieved 1000€ from them today , dont know if my complaint has anything to do with it still waiting for the final 500€, hope to get it too. cashed that out today.

According to your last promotion terms, max. cash-out is 10x of deposit money which we already paid.

Now i know for sure that this complaint helped me to get paid. Im pretty sure that the 10x term was not there initially. I can see it now though, and its there. Anyhow initially about a month ago, i said that the term is not there, and i was told this we wil get back to you reply when i informed that there is no such term. Not much i can do about this, but im quite sure you didnt have the term when i played.

I guess you can mark this complaint as solved, even though im not 100% happy with the result. Anyhow i appreciate askgamblers as a place that helps players.
