Euro Play Casino - Withdrawal delay

On the 14th or 15th July I managed to win, after playthru completed and bonus monies removed £500 which i submitted to withdraw request. After more than a week it went to waiting from pending, so i figured a couple of days.

I have been on to live support 4 or 5 times since then getting promises of different days, the latest was friday 26th July after checking my banking and finding no payment from Europlay, even though i had been told it would definately be the end of the week. I was then told i would receive today (Mon 29 July). Needless to say after checking bank there was still no payment. After just speaking to online support again was told payment approved i will receive monday. I replied that that was what i was told friday, and also said ' so i will not get my money till next monday now? They replied 'no this monday' so i said 'today then?' to which i didnt get an answer at all.

Please could you sort this as I have had no luck and have constantly been given different days that i will receive withdrawal.
