Euro Play Casino not processing my withdrawal

I have deposited a few times now, totaling approx. $500. The second to last was a deposit of $100 and I spent hours but managed to meet the wagering requirements. Wasn't able to play my favorite games because I noticed they were not counting towards my wagering (progressive games such as Lotto Madness, Fantastic Four etc...) which is funny because when I asked in chat if all slots were ok, I was told yes. And its true, but they don't all count towards wagering. Whatever... so I managed to hit a couple big wins, one on Dr.Lovemore for $2000. I hit 5 wilds ( and I have screen shots and video to prove it). So after trying to cash out my $4000 I was told that I could only withdraw 10x my deposit. And after reading the fine print and getting frustrated I agreed to change my withdrawal to $1000 and I was told the rest could be used to win Jackpots only (only Jackpot winnings could be cashed out). Well needless to say, that didn't work out for me. So here I sit, 16 days later on the $1000. And 26 days since the original withdrawal request of $4000, even though I was told the withdrawal process/required time would not reset. My withdrawal immediately went back to pending and stayed there for the full 4 days before it was changed to waiting, where it still sits no. Online chat is no longer available and when I call (when I actually get through which is not very often) I am told that it will be just 2 more days. That's 3 times now that they have said that. I need your help!!!!! Thanks

P.S. I have sent very clear images of my Drivers License, my Firearms License as well as an invoice with my name and address on it. The first 2 have my photo on them.

Spoke with customer service today and was informed (again) that my withdrawal will be processed shortly. Actually, he said tomorrow. Also took screenshots of the chat, which I do now at all casinos. Stay tuned....

Update, spoke with "Smith" on Friday and he assured me that he would handle my withdrawal personally. To be completed some time today.... we will see, stay tuned.

Thank You Smith!!! I now see that the withdrawal is marked "Approved" from waiting. I will mark this issue resolved as soon as funds appear on my card. Thanks again.
