im so frustrated about this issue, its been 3 weeks now since i made a deposit at europlay

casino of £25 i got a deposit match bonus of about 400% played through the required amount and decided to withdraw 500 in 2 lots 1 for 300 and 1 for 2. waited for aweek plenty of time to process it but logged into my account it had vanished i contacted online support my withdrawal had been declined because of incorrect withdrawal amount??? confused by this until i was told that i could only withdraw 25x my deposit which is £250 so i went along with that unhappy is a understatement its now been another 2 weeks and i still havent been paid out. i was told by there online support i would get it friday. today and still nothing. any advise on where to got from here wouls be greatly appreciated . after reading all your post about this casinoi wish i'd have read them before i started depositing. by the way ive been playing here regular as clockwork and this is my first withdrawal.and my last.

thanks for the delayed payment but i made a withdrawal of 10x my deposit which was £25 =£250 you have only paid me £200. why is this please?

how do you work that out? you paid me 200. you owed me 250 where does 25 come into it? its 50 you owe me

there is a zero balance showing in my account, i cant withdraw something thats not there. i cant understand how i make a withdrawal for 250 and you pay me £200 dont make sense at all. i been on chat aswell and they keep telling me to withdraw the remaining 50 but its not there. i think you need to credit my account with the 50 for me to then withdraw.

i havent spent it. once the withdrawal request for 250 was made thats the amount that should have been paid not 200. so you still owe me 50. this is getting really tedious now all i want is wots due to me nothing more nothing less.
