I like to play the Rival Casinos. Also the EuroFortune Casino, a French Casino with Connections with Casino FIZ and nearly the same experience of payment terms.

So I won simple 200 USD on the 11th December, not 2.000 USD simple 200 USD.

The normal way by the Rivals is a reversable withdraw within 24 to 48 hours than the Processing time and remittance between 5-10 days.

But not with them. After 3 weeks its still on reversable.

At first you will get 2 email adresses for to send your Documents which are definetely wrong and you never get an response.

After a long period of using the Live chat, they mentioned a payment period about 18 days. But if you check the terms and condition you will never find it there.

And after I had the big luck to get a responsible person and a right email adress you get a confirmation that your documents are correct and the Live Chat fall back to their

„Ficki Fucki“ talking with „oh we have christmas now we have new year“ and so on and so on and now after 3 weeks of waiting and its still on reversable status I believe that they can´t pay simple 200 USD and are bancrupty.

Who can help or made the same experience with them?

Hi there,

We have talked with the player and have discovered that the bonus was deducted by the system. There was a mistake on our part when we took it off again. The matter was corrected and the player paid in full and to his satisfaction.

We are waiting for the player to confirm this as well.

Yes the circumstances shwan write about are correct but I further miss the payment.
