TonyBet Casino - Delayed payment of €1000

I asked last Saturday for a withdrawal of 1000 euro, they told me it will be processed soon and within 48 hours.
This afternoon I go to the live chat (which you only can find on the deposit page) and ask them how about my withdrawal, they told me it will be processed before within 5 hours
Unfortunately at 8 there wasn't a payment in my Skrill account, I call to their support and the girl told me in the next hour they will send the money to my Skrill.
Now it's 9:30 and still no money in my Skrill...
