888 Casino - EUR 4600 withdrawal declined and account closed with no reason stated

On 26th of April I've deposited EUR400 from my Entropay account to casino888 and I've won about EUR2000... The next day I requested a withdrawal(EUR1580) back to my Entropay account and 888casino asked me to send them a copy of my credit card and my ID card. I've uploaded all copies at my cashier through "documents upload" section, three days later, they wrote me, that my copies passed their verifications and all restrictions were removed, and also they processed a withdrawal to my Entropay account, thank's for that! But, after that, some days later(on 4th of May) I decided to play more and deposited EUR1300 from my Entropay account and I've won that time about EUR5000, I was very happy!! The next day(5th of May) I decided to make two withdrawals: EUR 300 to my Entropay account and EUR4600 to my Neteller account. Everything was fine till 9th of May, when I received two emails from 888casino, in first email they told, that they processed EUR 284.36 withdrawal to Entropay and in second email they told, that my copies did not pass their verifications and my account would b permanently closed! And they didn't process my EUR4600 withdrawal to Neteller! How can that be? First time they wrote, that my copies has been verified and when I tried to make a bigger withdrawal, they wote, that they hasn't verified them! And for this moment they steal my winnings! I can login at safe-cashier.com to my account and see, that I still have EUR4619 on my account balance, but my account is locked and I can't withdraw my winnings! Help me please! I want my winnings to be withdrawn to my Neteller or Entropay account, because I am an honest player and I even didn't take any bonuses from 888casino!

Hello. No updates! My account is still locked and 888casino didn't reply me anything about that issue!
