Casino Titan - Endless security checking and no payments

I won around $2500 in June. They paid me $500, but my next withdrawal was declined in July. I was sent an email about my account was chosen for security checking and it might take up to 90 business days. It is expired in November. I haven't got any update about the checking. On live chat operators said they had no information, I should wait. My withdrawals were declined since then. Please help to get my winnings.

Hi Eva,

I understand your concert about situation, but I went though your account, and saw that you didn't play for quite a time, which cased downgrading our your player class, which has direct influence on withdrawals. Player class is determined by several factors: how often you play, how often you deposit how much you bet, how much you deposit, how often you withdraw, how much you request to withdraw.
Don’t forget: the more you deposit, and the more you play, the higher your class is. So, your class could be changed to a higher level at any time.

Dear Charlie,

When your Finance said that my account was chosen for security checking in July and it takes 5 months I stopped playing. I was afraid of losing my winnings. If can not withdraw money I won't play because games have advantage for the house and in long run I will lose. You set up a situation where players can only lose.

Nobody sent me an email about this checking end. I know that it was ended because in your sister casino (Winpalace) I was in the same situation. Clara helped me to solve the problem and I received the first payment last week. Before Clara's help I was asked played more and more, but after losing a big part of my winning I was asked play more and that was the point where I said stop this. It is all about lose my winnings. I played the wagering requierements, please approve my withdrawal.
