My account was chosen for security checking in July, 60 business days has expired on 7 October.

Yesterday my withdrawal was declined again, and I got an email that my account is still on review.

Meanwhile in your sister casino (Grand Parker) my account's checking was completed successfully and they sent my money. I think you have one common finance department as these casinos owned by the same Ltd, please clear the situation as soon as possible. (Grand Parker Casino - Declined payment and security checking beyond normal)

Amount is $2312.
