Grand Fortune Casino - Not even close to be a 'fast payout casino'

I have spent hundreds ofndollarsnwith this casino in the last few months. I finally asked for a payout. Last week I sent all they needed for verification. It is my first time cashing out so it was explained it takes 72 hours for the funds to come out of "requested". It is now going on five days and the funds remain in requested. I have contacted every day this week asking if they have everything they need. They stated they have ALL forms. I have been told finance is working on it. This is very disconcerting since one of the reasons I have been playing this casino is it advertises itself as a fast payout casino.

fb_1672032409751146 and myself (Dean) came to a conclusion regarding her payout as there were a few security checks that had taken place which she did not pass, after fb_1672032409751146 gave me an explanation regarding email addresses not matching I did mention to her that we will then process her payment. fb_1672032409751146 Reversed their withdrawal and as a gesture of good faith I add a nice big credit to fb_167­203­240­975­1146's Grand Fortune account and the matter was resolved.
