Hello Tawni,

I have yet to receive my remaining ClubPlayer payments dating back from early July. I have 2 withdraws sitting in my account which total $5000 from July 7th/11th and an additional 2 "processed" withdraws totaling $2500 (one of which you informed me I would receive early last week). Please provide me with my wire transfer date to bring all payments/winnings in my account current.

I'm sorry for the delays you've experienced with this.

I've looked at your account and I'm a bit concerned--I'll explain...

We wired a payment to you, August 26th: Paid $4808 + $20 Service fee Wire for Transaction # 41887442 ($1425)41981274 ($1078)42044679 ($1163)42115133
($1162)

There have been no rejections by your bank, so the funds should be reflected in your account.

With this in mind, another payment of $2500 was sent to our processor early this week. I would expect this to be reflected in your account no later than Monday or Tuesday (if it hasn't, yet).

Your next payment will be sent off, early next week--I'll update you once that's been sent off.

Hi Tawni,

Thanks, yes I have received the $4808 a few weeks ago. It sounds like the $2500 will come through early next week. This should leave the remaining two withdraws totaling 5,000 from July 11th and July 7th to be processed and sent, if I could please have an update/confirmation date on this that would be great.

Hi Fishing--

I took a look at your account earlier today and I do see that another wire has been initiated. Unfortunately, whoever entered the notes was a bit of a bonehead, as I'm not understanding what has been entered as sent. I'll need to get clarification on this--I'll be sure to speak with the Finance Manager, first thing in the morning. Of course, I'll report back with an update.

I'm so sorry--I could have sworn I'd already come back to respond, but clearly, I hadn't.

I did receive clarification on the amount wired and the payment is in the amount of $2500.

I'll check with Finance early next week on your next payment and I'll be sure to update you.

I am updating this post to keep active as I have not received a response.

Clearly, it is very unfortunate that players have to go through this amount of trouble to receive their payouts. Please provide me with dates to receive all remaining funds from July.

I can see that $3663 was sent off, which if you've not yet received it, I'm certain you will by early next week. Another payment of $2500 will be going off, early next week.

This case has been reopened as per submitter's request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more chance hoping that both parties involved into the dispute will manage to reach to a satisfactory resolution.

I am still pending roughly 4k from Club Player, this is becoming very difficult to continue to monitor and I would greatly appreciate all remaining funds to be wired to my account. These payouts are over 100 days old.
