Drake Casino - Not honoring their promotion as promised

On April 18th Drake offered a Facebook bonus for the first 25 takers which I got and had no problem. It was for 150% usable 3 times. I have received this promotion before and have always had to use the three before the end of the month and have never had an issue. Well when I deposited today and entered the code their Facebook promotion for today popped up which is 5 free spins. I went to chat and they told me first that the coupon was only good for one time use, clearly the wrong answer and then told me all three coupons expired on the 18th, makes zero sense! Lastly they told me that I had to be one of the first 25 takers, which is right and I was! No where does it say u have to be in first 25 to use all 3 coupons on the 18th! This is ridiculous. I'm not touching my deposit until this is resolved. I'm attaching screenshots of my promo page which clearly says the promo expires on 5/1!!!! And a copy of the promo on Facebook. I'm so mad and tired of my time being wasted.

I’m sorry you were misinformed. The bonus is still active in your account. But as you have entered the coupon code already you don’t have to enter it again when you make a deposit. When you first entered the code you received the 150% match bonus which is valid on the 3 following deposits therefor you will automatically receive the bonus on your next 2 deposits. Bonus is available until May 1st.

So even though I accepted no other bonus, contacted supported immediately only to be given completely innacurate information for at least 30 minutes through chat, have requested copies of chat transcripts twice to no avail... You are telling me I have to make two more deposits to get the promotion? This is not good business practice and I assure you that I will not be making those additional deposits. I have been a loyal Drake and gossip player for awhile now but if this decision stands I will be taking my business to slotslv. The bonus should have been manually applied right after I contacted chat. And another thing, your play through requirements are completely off, drake and gossip. I know enough to contact support and cross my fingers I get someone that actually knows what they are talking about to adjust it but for the newer player this is not fair either. Your math is seriously off!

Bonus was available in the account but for some reason it wasn’t claimed and credited correctly. It should have been automatically credited when making the deposit but as something went wrong we had to manually correct this. Bonus has now been added to the account plus another 50% for the inconvenience.

Drake honored the 150% and gave me an additional 50% bonus on my deposit. Askgamblers can close this complaint out and consider it resolved. Thank you.
