Casumo Casino - Does not willing to pay €5000 winning

I make the last day's a few deposits at Casumo, some win and some losses.
The latest i won €5000, ask for payout and never recieved.
After i loggin in to my account i see that they closed my account, in the livechat they only told me that in the future they send me information, when i ask about my money they send a standard reply.
I don't use a bonus or have more accounts...

Please help me, it is a lot of money...
