DomGame casino - waiting for withdrawal

I joined DomGame by using the exclusive NoDeposit Bonus, given to us here at Askgamblers.com. So, i joined, issued my bonus, met all the wagering requirements, made the required minimum deposit, send all the required docs and than made a withdrawal. But...
My withdrawal was made on 1st May! On the 4th May I received an e-mail that my docs are successfully verified and that a timeframe between 2 and 5 business days is next, during which my money will be processed. Today is the 7th business day and still nothing in my Skrill account? I contacted live support several times(in the time it works, because most of it it does not!) and even send e-mail, asking what is going on? The live support was claiming that everything is ok and i will receive my money, and the e-mail support was more inovative and ask me again for docs?!?!? I answered them that this kind of job was already done and that there is some kind of misunderstanding and from that moment i didn't heard nor seen them?
So, the question is, are these guys paying at all or this is just the next rogue casino, stealing from players???

My name is Steve, the head of promotions at DomGame, and I would like to reply to the concerns of this player.

First and foremost, the player is correct. He has been waiting too long for his withdrawal and we are expediting its release.

Secondly, the support agent who sent the further request for documents was clearly in error as the documents have already been verified.

Thirdly, we take great offense at the insinuation that we are rogue in any way. We have been in business since 2010 and have managed to be complaint free in that time. Furthermore we are unaware of any other casino that offers free money and allows for the withdrawal of more than the free money given. We have always been and continue to be extremely generous to our players. We certainly acknowledge that the withdrawal time has been too long and for this we apologize, but to say that the 100 Euro on the house (in addition to his deposit which is immediately being withdrawn as well here) that he is taking puts us in any kind of rogue category is simply ridiculous.

I received my money. This case can be considered solved successfully!

An advice for all players - Be a little more patient before you post a complaint and accuse casino for being rogue.

Hello Steve, I requested a withdrawal August 2nd and when i contacted DomGame to ask them when I will be receiving my winnings they said they don't know. Can you please make sure I get my payout by Friday August the 9th?.....I think that is enough waiting time. My username at the casino is mooshie.....Thank you
