on 2/21/2016 i was open new account with planetcasino, and made a deposit 50 $ for First time ! but anyway i was loose this !
on 2/24 /2016 i had used code to be free survey20 20 cards and then I won the 400, but they took away 300 cause im used free chips! and then i loose again for this money !
Convergence to continue playing, I made another deposit 120$ without coupon or free chip . i was got lucky and wonderful day and won over 500 $ , i was decided to withdraw 500, after couple hours late when i tried to withdraw the money , they close my account without notification until i contacted to them and they told me my request withdraw was been denied too! ;(

I need to be very careful in my explanation on this...

Some time back, we experienced a high-volume of fraud involving certain identifiers that your personal information contains. I want to be VERY clear--we are in NO WAY accusing you of any wrong-doing. However, given these identifiers, we must protect ourselves from the potential of further fraud and as such, your account was closed.

As such, we have requested processing to refund your deposits and all winnings are void.

why you didnt used this reason was stopped me when i sign up to created new account ! but you still wellcome me came with casino to playing ! and when im won some monney i try to cash out and it was denied cause you said "just protect your bussines from the potential of further fraud" , let prove the proof ! and i just want tell you guy this is the first time i had sign up and play with online casino , never do it before ! and i dont believe with anything you were told me !
when you denied with my winning money , and tell me will prossesing to return ALL MY DEPOSITED back to me . why you couldn't tell me how much i'll get back ? or you try to running around my money ? all the answers you gave me were unreasonable !

I want to apologize publicly regarding the way this was handled. I wasn’t comfortable with this, so I went back to our CFO and discussed your situation.

As I stated previously, I cannot disclose the identifiers involved in which Risk Management became involved. At the same time, I am steadfast in my statement whereby you have done nothing wrong.
