Treasure Island Jackpots Casino - Does not respond to request to change Email ID. Withdrawal Pending

I opened an account with Treasure Island Jackpots casino back in July 2012. I played in that casino for a while and then became inactive for around two years (until October 2014).

This time (from mid October 2014) when I started playing, I made a request to change my original email because I did not use that email anymore. While casino's response to this request was pending, I used Neteller to deposit certain amount and continued to play. After a while, I had a winning of around USD 800+ in the account, so I made an withdrawal request. In the mean time, I talked to customer service a number of times using the online chat and explained to them that I have a request pending for change of email. They continued to say manager will look after as quick as possible but more than 15 days have passed, there is no progress. I mailed them thrice with my original verification document (passport) and gave them my contact number but no actions have been taken. I reversed my withdrawal request and the money is sitting there idle.

This is totally a casual approach to paid customers. Their attitude is not a healthy one and I suspect they will not do anything with the request to change email and as such, I won't be able to withdraw my winnings from the account.

No update at all...regarding the change of email. Regarding withdrawal, I have exhausted all winnings making some crazy bets because I know they will never process the withdrawal. Back in 2012, I had a pending withdrawal of USD 4000 with the same casino. When I asked for withdrawal, they continued to ask for various documents to verify my identity and address. I submitted scanned copy of the passport and credit card statements but they continued to reject my address verification document on many different crazy grounds (scan not clear, address not readable, looks like e-statement, etc). In around 20 days, I was frustrated and eventually exhausted all winnings playing in different slots. When all winnings were gone, I was verified!!

I guess, this is there strategy, simply take no action on withdrawal and make the player impatient. Eventually one will run out of luck and have nothing to withdraw. This casino, I guess, must be avoided.
