Rockbet Casino - Does not accept USA players, but takes their deposits?!

I just learned that ROCKBET doesn't accept players from the USA after they let me sign-up with a USA address and make 3 deposits for $75.

I have attached a copy of a live chat with a ROCKBET Rep who clearly states that ROCKBET does not accept USA players, but will let me know if that changes in the future.

It states this NO where on ROCKBET's website that USA players are not allowed and the sign-up form did not stop me from doing such, like all non-USA casinos do.

I want my $75 credited back to my VISA card because I was duped.

Still not heard from RockBet.....and RockBet has not responded to my complaint on ASKGAMBLERS. The way that RockBet scammed me makes me sick to my stomach, as they let me knowingly sign-up and deposit from the USA when they have NEVER accepted players from here. This is unheard of, as professional online casinos that don't not accept USA playes don't even allow them to sign-up. Also, USA is NEVER a country option to choose from in a sign-up form if players are not accepted.

No ROCKBET CASINO has not responded to me at all. I have emailed and attempted live chat numerous times now. ROCKBET plays dirty, as I have chatted with other players regarding this casinos practices and general consensus is don't play here.

After much consideration, we've decided to allow the player a refund. Her deposit will be refunded in full. It should have already been affected back to her card.

I got my money back but through my bank. I called, emailed and complained on ASK GAMBLERS to try and get an answer from Rockbet concerning this deception but got no response. Rockbet only replied over two weeks later and acted like they had decided to the right thing. Rockbet did not do anything, I explained what happened to my bank and they issued me the refunds. Rockbet is lying by saying, "we've decided to allow the player a refund" as I had already gotten my money back 10 days before Rockbets response on here. BE CAREFUL.
