Spinit Casino - Won't approve legitimate documents

I have problems with spinit casino, and to get paid. A week ago i opened my account there and did get bonus for my first deposit 100%I did make the wagering and now have pending withdraw for 400€. After that this problems started, last sunday i send then photo of my passport (10another casinos have take it without problems) photos of my payment to them,photo of my bank account where it shows that i am the account owner, and pdf file of my electric bill. sameday they sendme email that all those were not proven,and i need to send new ones.And i did,this time i take photos of my ID (front&back) send that electric bill again and those photos... now it did take 5days to get answer from them and again same thing. Documents were not proven, theysay that this photo of my ID is cropped... no way and all four corners are showing, electric bill is not good as well, because its older than three months, no way its copy of my bill that did came last week to me. Same thing with those pictures of my bank account, they can see in one my payment to them, and in one they can see my account number and my name on itso im the owner, and in one picture i send them receipt of my payment. It´s clear now that this casino just dont want to pay. They keep making excuses about documents that you send even if every another casino has proven documents send just like that. I want to warn players of this casino, first of all there is no way to get in touch with their security team. You need to wait a week before they answer,and then they just tell you that documens were not approved. Dont know what to do, im just told from their customer service,that it can take up to 72hours to get answers, yes,for me it did take 5 days. And again im waiting if they will pay me.

Today at last, i did get email from Spinit and they told me that my documents were approved. So this complaint canbe closed. Funny thing is that all this time i have been sending them same documents. And after 1,5week they approve them, first nothing but problems. But i´m happy to get paid.
