Casino X - Unjustified confiscation of funds

Won at the casino-x 17011 NOK. This is the first casino that I was deceived. After submitting all the documents for verification, just blocked my account, refusing to pay. The incredible thing is that I have another account with the casino ( although I only have 1 account). Support said Account with winning blocked, and the other (which I do not) I can continue to play. The audacity and pure deception. In the screenshot 7011 CZK canceled withdrawal, although actually it was 17011kr. On the screenshots below(On Russian language) you can see what they have written to me why they closed my account and taken money, but it is a cheat.

I did not expect that my problem is solved so quickly by using askgamblers. Thank you so much! Casino-x reopened my account and payed all amount of winning!
