Hi. I singed up with bitstarz on Aug 31 2016. I was motivated by the 20 free spins. It's hard to pass up. However I continued to learn more about it and 100% bonus on your first deposit is pretty great. So I sent some bitcoin over but didn't receive my 100%. I actually didn't receive any bonus at all. So I followed up with support and got this message " Hi there,
It's been added! The reason was that another account was opened via your IP I believe so it didn't credit it automatically. Nevertheless it has been sorted :)
Mike" And indeed it was.. That was only until I actually won and made an attempt to withdraw my funds. I was hit with verification requirements. I did that with no problem at all. But then soon after I got this next message " Hi,
I hate to bear the bad news but your account has been found to be duplicated meaning that you have violated our terms and conditions by registering more then 1 account and playing /depositing with bitstarz from the same IP/ Household or computer. Such checks are standard procedure at bitstarz whenever we receive cash outs that are higher than a certain amount.

Now I'm posses because I'm being accused of some b.s. and that is not the case what so ever. I told many of my friends about bitstarz and most of them signed up. If I would've known me helping them out would bite me in the ads I wouldn't have told anyone about bitstarz. My friend was visiting me and she was on her bitstarz casino playing her games and minding her business as was i. She don't live with me.. But if they are claiming same IP address then that can e many people. I live at 801 s hope Los Angeles and let me tell you there are over 1000 people in my apartment building and we are all supplied with the same free wifi. So this feels like them just not wanting to pay out. Because as you seen in the first message they told me the reason why I didn't get my bonus money yet it was not then breaking the rules to give it to me anyway if they detected anything wrong? I mean why is that ok for them to continue to let me play and add money only if I'm not winning? That's just them being hypocrites and not following thier own rules and regulations! I don't feel like I'm being treated fairly at all. And I don't think them giving me an account anyway up until t I e point when I won was ok.. I have all my emails you are more then welcome to see them all. I just hope I can get some kind of help figuring this out. I don't want to be doing this right now.. I hate it but I'm doing it because I feel in my heart that I was really treated wrong and wrongly accused of setting up accounts when they have no idea if people who live under or over me have accounts and my friends that have accounts can't be in the same room as me.
